  • Deaf Empowerment Program
    The DEP program, offered in partnership with the Ministry of Education and Training - Workplace Preparation Branch, Literacy Section, is designed and facilitated in a bi-literacy environment to allow Deaf adults who wish to further their post-secondary education and/or training program opportunities.

  • Deaf Outreach Project
    Interpretation and advocacy for deaf people with HIV, and workshops on HIV/AIDS and deaf culture. A project of the Ontario Association of the Deaf.

  • Inter-University Disability Issues Association (IDIA)
    The IDIA is an association of disability service providers from Universities throughout Ontario. The IDIA encourages Ontario universities to share ideas and strategies to overcome issues and problems, allowing students with disabilities a chance to succeed in post-secondary education.

    Ontario Agencies Supporting Individuals with Special Needs
  • "To facilitate the sharing of ideas, resources, systems and information. OASIS will liaise with Government on behalf of member organizations with the goal of improving the development of cost effective quality supports for individuals with developmental disabilities."
